This past weekend (March 27–29, 2026), I attended the Student Senate for California Community Colleges (SSCCC) General Assembly at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport in Burlingame. It was my first time participating as a full delegate from Gavilan College, and it turned out to be one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had in student leadership.
